Great stay with family-friendly amenities

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The kids loved the children's pool with the waterfall, and the indoor and outdoor pools were a hit as well. The breakfast had a great variety, from fluffy waffles to fresh fruit, which made our mornings enjoyable. Staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A minor downside was the occasional noise from other guests, but it didn't take away from our overall experience.

The staff was exceptional. Christian at check-in was friendly and helpful. The bar staff, especially Lorena, provided great service before our Sea World trip. The shuttle driver was also nice and professional. The steak quesadillas at the bar were delicious. However, the carpet in my daughter’s room was dirty. Her baby's feet were covered in grime within an hour. Our room had issues with the air conditioning. it stayed too warm despite maintenance visiting. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Also, the first day there was a party at the hotel, causing noise disturbances. Overall, the service and some food made our visit enjoyable, but the cleanliness and temperature control need serious attention.

i had a great stay at holiday inn! the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of options, which was a nice start to each day. the location was quite convenient, being close to seaworld. my kids loved the children's pool with a waterfall, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool too!

Had a fab experience! Checked in early for my kid's quinceniera, and the staff were super kind. Breakfast was on the house thanks to a voucher, which was a nice surprise! Rooms were clean and modern. Only issue was the pool area got a bit loud when kids returned from SeaWorld, but it was all good fun.
